Please review our full policies prior to booking.
We understand when life happens, we try our best to be empathetic when possible.
Our goal is to ensure we can give everyone their first and best choice when scheduling their appointment with us. We require a minimum of 5 Days cancellation/reschedule due to the appointment preparations necessary. For this reason, it is challenging to fill appointments on such short notice. Please review more details below.

Booking Fee
Booking fees apply towards your initial appointment as a new client, and it’s not eligible for refunds. Please note, until payment is received, the appointment isn’t confirmed and subject to cancellation.
It will apply as credit towards your service as long as the following rescheduling and cancellation terms are met:
Rescheduling + Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested 5 days prior to your appointment, and the appointment must be rescheduled within the next 12 months from the time the booking fee was paid, otherwise the deposit is forfeited.
The deposit is only valid for one reschedule, with the minimum 5 days notice.
Cancellations with less than 5 days, automatically forfeit the deposit and will require a new booking deposit of $200.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours will forfeit this deposit and will require a new non-refundable deposit worth 50% of the current cost of the requested service prior to booking. It will apply as a credit towards your service, but isn’t eligible for additional reschedules.
If you cancel your appointment altogether, you forfeit your deposit.
Without at least 5 Days notice we are typically unable to fill your spot in the schedule. Please be considerate of our time, as we are of yours and our other lovely clients.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
Gift Cards
GIFT CARDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, BUT ARE TRANSFERABLE.
Prepaid gift cards/appointments are valid for 12 months.
Once the appointment has been scheduled, all of the previous Reschedule + Cancellation policies apply.
If the appointment is rescheduled in 5 Days or less, a $200 booking fee will be required to be prepaid prior to booking a new appointment.
If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled same day, the entire gift card/prepayment amount is forfeited.
You may reschedule once. Any further rescheduling will result in an additional $200 booking fee to secure the new appointment.
Refunds
We do NOT offer any refunds on deposits/booking fees, services, pre-paid services, or trainings for any reason.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. Touchups are an additional cost and not included in the initial service price. Touch-ups are an expected and normal part of cosmetic tattooing. Your brows, lips or eyes are not considered completed until touch-up is performed.
Your brows will fade slowly over time and this allows for changes to be made in the future, as necessary.
Late Policy
We take clients by appointment only and your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Please arrive at your scheduled time. If you show up more than 20 minutes late we may be required to have you reschedule your appointment and this would be considered a same day cancellation. Last minute cancellation fees will apply.
Guarantees
Healed results vary. We do not offer any sort of guarantee on the work performed, directly after procedure OR healed. A multitude of factors can effect the outcome of your permanent makeup to no fault of the artist or client. There’s always a way to adjust technique to better fit your skin type, at future appointments, so we kindly ask that you trust the process to build the color and make adjustments as needed.
Using a pencil or powder on your brows may still be desired or needed. We have absolutely no control over what occurs during the healing process. Additional sessions may be needed beyond the typical 8-12 week touchup to obtain optimal results. Additional touch up charges will apply.
